Final Final Update


For this Final Final Update (not the last one...)

  1. Removed the Magic Item XP. Finding 2 scrolls and jumping a level was a little OP. The magic item is the reward
  2. Did some tweaks on Navigating. The ever-building Encounter Timer was a little too much. I have reduced it to an increase of Encounter Chance Per Day.
  3. Similar to Navigating, the Dungeon Delving now has the same sort of Chance. 
  4. I added an option to reduce the Chance in delving. If you have a safe room (one free of monsters and traps), you can rest for 1 turn and eat a ration to reset the Encounters to 1. Yes, you must still roll Light.
  5. Slight tweaks to the random tables
  6. Slights tweaks to the wording of skills
  7. Slight tweaks to the combat rules and saves. I realized I had some inconsistency in the "hit number" versus "hit over number" so now everything is a "Hit the Target Number or Greater" for blocking, dodging, attacking, saving, etc.
  8. Shield Master now allows you to block ANY attack, but you must declare it at the start of the turn. Any attack that hits reduces the shield quality by -1. Yes, its very powerful, but since you don't know how much damage you will be hit with, it makes it a gamble. Turtle up and break your shield knowing you will survive this combat, or take your chances.
  9. TWO NEW PAGES! 
    1. Settlement Events and Encounters - for returning to a settlement, or traveling between locations
    2. Travel Features - a more specific location generator for figuring out where things happens
  10. Some very slight adjustments to magic items. I didn't like the wording on some things so I changed it

And I think that's it!

The last update will include COMMISSIONED ART! Then it will be done. I promise this time. Maybe.
