Minor Edits

Thanks so much to people pointing out issues with the game! Some of these kind of impact how the game is played so I have done some minor edits to specify some things:
- Witchcraft - Specified it can only be taken at character creation and all other magic must be trained
- Specified on Equipment that all prices are in Silver unless specified
- Enemy Attacks - Made Mage a separate column. Rolls of 4 and 5 are the same so those are a joined segment, but each of the rest is unique
- Scrolls - Specified that a scrolls curse lasts for a duration determined by the potions column. So roll for Curse, and then roll on the appropriate table, then roll on Potions to get how long the curse lasts after activation
- Casting a Spell: Rewrote that paragraph. It now specifies that you must first learn the spell, then craft it, and then it casts automatically upon roleplaying the requirements and gaining fatigue. Also specified that spell crafting is the higher of +INT or +DEX so that INT is back to being involved in spellcraft.
- Made the attacks table in the Bestiary match the one in Combat
- Found a spelling error in Wolf-Men. Dunno how I missed it but its fixed.
