Minor Updates

I fixed a few errors and also updated the cover art to be the excellent work by Silver Nightingale. 

1. Fixed some page number errors
2. Fixed a few spots where the die to roll was incorrect
3. Removed all the AI art. It just didn't work.
4. Added some clarity in a few places
5. Fixed a few places where old terms and definitions hadn't been corrected.

I think thats it for now unless someone else points something out! Happy delving
